You are understanding, patient, and resilient, with the ability to handle challenging and emotionally demanding situations calmly and professionally.

What the Job Involves

This role involves working closely with children with disabilities and their families to assess needs, identify support requirements, and create tailored care plans. You'll be expected to provide direct support and guidance, advocate for children's rights, and facilitate access to appropriate services and resources. The job involves collaborating with a range of professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to the welfare and development of the children under your care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
