We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Head of Curriculum & Quality SEND Manager to lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff within our SEND provision. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our curriculum aligns with the College's strategic priorities and mission, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate staff, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

What the Job Involves

The Head of Curriculum & Quality SEND Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of programmes across the curriculum. Key responsibilities include leading the development, growth, and sustainability of a viable SEND curriculum while driving improvements in allocated areas. The role involves managing Tutors, Assessors, and IQAs to ensure quality control and exceptional learning experiences, building partnerships with employers and community organizations, and contributing to the strategic goals of the College and Council.
