Role

Who You Are

We are seeking experienced social workers with a passion for child protection and a commitment to family support. You should have the drive to manage challenging cases and work towards achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

What the Job Involves

You will be a crucial part of our locality safeguarding teams, handling caseloads of children who are subject to Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. You will work directly with children and families to guide them through difficult processes until case closure or achieving looked after permanence. Opportunities are available in our Worcester City and Malvern team, as well as our Evesham and Pershore team. You will become part of a stable, supportive service with dedicated teams and managers who help facilitate a flexible work environment, including typically spending one or two days a week in our Worcester or Pershore Civic Centre offices.
