What the Job Involves
The role is for a Team Manager in the Placements Team within Corporate Parenting, responsible for commissioning placements, and ensuring compliance with statutory social work regulations and standards. This team manages the commissioning of various types of alternative homes for children and young people aged 0-25 years. You will oversee both social workers and non-social worker staff, making strategic decisions and creative problem-solving while working in a complex environment.
