You possess excellent assessment and communication skills, are highly organized, and have the ability to form positive working relationships with families, partner agencies, and young people.
What the Job Involves
Your role involves supporting children in care to reach their full potential by visiting them, attending Child in Care Reviews and education meetings, and advocating in all areas of their care plan or pathway plan. You will be instrumental in aiding their transition to adulthood and ensuring their wellbeing. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
