What the Job Involves
As a Mosaic Software Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing technical configuration changes in the Council’s core social care case management system, Mosaic. This includes system configuration and development, troubleshooting technical issues, leading unit and system testing, providing second and third-line technical support, and supporting data migration and reporting from legacy systems. You will be a critical player in the success of major transformation programmes such as the Families First reforms and the transition to Client-Level Data (CLD) reporting.
