What the job involves
The Mobile Responder is responsible for providing efficient and reliable responses to emergency alarm calls from residents under the Telecare Cardiff service. You'll handle emergency and priority calls, deliver practical help and support, and liaise with emergency services when needed. Your role includes programming and testing alarm units, undertaking routine visits, and assisting in training colleagues. You'll maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure the safe handling of fuel cards and other equipment.
