What the job involves

As a Social Worker in the CASS / MASH Family Help Team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families and providing them with the necessary support and resources. Your role involves collaborating with various agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and intervention plans are in place. You will conduct visits, assessments, and follow-up meetings, ensuring all actions and decisions are documented accurately and in a timely manner to maintain the safety and welfare of children.
