CSC - Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner (Referral & Assessment)

Who You Are

This position is ideal for candidates with significant experience working in referral and assessment services. You should be flexible and willing to work in the office at least 3 days a week. You must have a commitment to ensuring children's needs are properly assessed and met.

What the Job Involves

As part of the Referral and Assessment Service, you will be joining one of the seven teams responsible for handling new referrals from the Bromley MASH. Your main responsibilities include conducting Child and Family assessments to determine appropriate support. Every seven weeks, your team will be on duty to handle new allocations, ensuring timely assessments and intervention. Team composition includes a team manager alongside five social workers.
