What the Job Involves
Your role will involve delivering an integrated housing service, ensuring that the Council fulfils its legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders. You will champion resident and community engagement and involvement, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will take necessary enforcement action, conduct property inspections, and work collaboratively to support vulnerable tenancies. You will also be expected to manage estate contracts effectively and provide advice and reports on all housing management matters.
